Our Story
Modern East Asian. Made for Sharing.
About Lazy Suzy
Lazy Suzy is a contemporary East Asian restaurant that brings together the bold culinary traditions of Cantonese, Japanese, and Korean cuisine through a distinctly modern perspective.
Inspired by the iconic lazy susan, the restaurant is built around one simple idea: great food is meant to be shared. From charcoal-grilled meats and seafood to noodles, dim sum, and modern interpretations of familiar favorites, every dish is made for gathering around the table.
The Kitchen
Chef Patrick Go
Led by Chef Patrick Go, the kitchen explores where Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese flavors, techniques, and stories naturally intersect. His approach balances tradition with creativity, drawing from familiar East Asian flavors, travel, and childhood food memories to create dishes that feel both nostalgic and new.
Designed for sharing, the menu brings together refined technique, layered textures, and bold flavors—each dish carrying a signature Lazy Suzy twist.
The Menu
Modern East Asian Cuisine
Our menu is a celebration of East Asia through a contemporary lens.
Drawing inspiration from Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese cooking, every dish reflects Chef Patrick Go's approach to balancing tradition with creativity. Familiar ingredients are prepared with refined techniques, layered textures, and bold flavors that are distinctive without losing their authenticity.
The kitchen is guided by two elemental techniques: fire and steam. Charcoal grilling brings depth, smokiness, and richness to premium meats and seafood, while delicate steaming preserves freshness, texture, and balance. Together, these methods create a menu that feels both comforting and elevated.
Designed primarily for sharing, our dishes encourage guests to explore, discover, and enjoy the experience together—whether you're joining us for a leisurely dinner, an executive lunch, or late-night drinks with friends.
Our Space
A Place to Gather
Lazy Suzy was designed as an extension of the dining experience—a space where great food, thoughtful design, and meaningful conversation naturally come together.
Inspired by the contemporary cities of East Asia, the interiors blend industrial textures with warm hospitality. Concrete, steel, traditional tiles, natural wood, and vibrant accents create a setting that feels polished yet approachable, balancing urban energy with everyday comfort.
At the heart of the restaurant is an open kitchen where fire, movement, and craftsmanship become part of the experience. Throughout the space, intimate tables, communal seating, a private dining room, and our signature mahjong corner invite guests to stay a little longer—whether for a working lunch, a celebration, or an evening that unfolds over cocktails and shared plates.
